LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the role of OMNi360, the responsibilities of businesses and users, and the precautions that should be taken before dealing with businesses listed on the platform.
Important Consumer Notice
Before paying or entering into a transaction with any listed business, carry out your own due diligence and independently verify the business and payment details. OMNi360 is not a party to transactions between users and listed businesses.
About OMNi360
OMNi360 is a business discovery, information and opportunity platform. We provide a place where businesses, products, services, events and other opportunities may be presented to users.
A listing on OMNi360 should be understood as information made available through the platform. A listing does not, by itself, mean that OMNi360 guarantees the business, product, service, offer or transaction.
Business Listings and Verification
OMNi360 may review submitted business information before publication. Where a business is marked as approved or verified on the platform, that status refers to OMNi360's internal listing and review process.
Verification or approval does not amount to a guarantee of financial soundness, product quality, legal compliance, performance, authenticity, safety or future conduct. Users should make their own independent assessment before dealing with any listed business.
Your Due Diligence Responsibility
Before entering into a transaction, users should independently confirm the identity and legitimacy of the business and verify relevant information, including contact details, credentials, prices, bank details, products, services and any other representations that may affect a transaction.
Users should exercise particular caution before making payments, transferring funds, sharing passwords, one-time codes or other sensitive information.
Transactions Between Users and Businesses
OMNi360 is not a party to transactions between users and listed businesses unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service.
Any agreement, payment, delivery, refund, warranty, dispute or other obligation arising between a user and a listed business is primarily between those parties.
OMNi360 does not accept responsibility for losses, damages, fraud, disputes, non-delivery, misrepresentation or other consequences resulting from a user's dealings with a listed business, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Third-Party Information
Business names, descriptions, contact information, prices, images and other information may be supplied by business owners or other third parties.
OMNi360 may rely on information provided to it and does not guarantee that every item of third-party information is complete, current or error-free.
Business Owner Responsibilities
Businesses submitting information to OMNi360 are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to the platform is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
Businesses must have the appropriate rights and permissions to use any logos, photographs, promotional flyers, descriptions or other materials they submit.
Free and Premium Listings
OMNi360 may offer different listing plans. A Free Basic Listing may contain limited business information, while a Premium Listing may provide additional profile, media and promotional features.
Premium listing fees, payment instructions, subscription periods and related conditions will be communicated through the relevant OMNi360 registration and approval process.
Premium Payment and Publication
Where a Premium Listing is approved and published subject to payment, the advertiser may be given a defined period within which payment must be confirmed.
Failure to confirm payment within the stated period may result in the listing being deactivated or placed on hold pending confirmation, in accordance with OMNi360's published process.
Suspension and Removal
OMNi360 may suspend, deactivate, reject or remove a listing where information appears inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate, expired or otherwise inconsistent with platform requirements.
OMNi360 may also take action in response to complaints, reports, payment issues or other circumstances requiring review.
Complaints and Reports
Users are encouraged to report suspected fraud, misleading information, impersonation or other serious concerns relating to a listing.
A report does not automatically establish that an allegation is true. OMNi360 may review the available information and take appropriate platform action.
Intellectual Property
OMNi360's platform design, branding, content created by OMNi360 and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
A business submitting content to OMNi360 represents that it has the right to provide that content for publication and promotion on the platform.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through OMNi360 forms is handled in accordance with the platform's privacy practices and applicable requirements.
Users should avoid submitting passwords, payment card credentials, one-time authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive information through public enquiry forms.
Changes to These Terms
OMNi360 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, business model, features or applicable requirements.
Updated terms will be made available on this page. Continued use of the platform after an update may be subject to the revised terms.
